Workshop upcyle fabric scraps dragonfly
Saturday 26th April, 1-4pm
Don’t throw away your fabric scraps. Turn them into a beautiful, scrappy dragonfly instead.
In this relaxed, beginner-friendly workshop, Scarlett will guide you step-by-step through making a medium-sized textile dragonfly using a mix of organza, colourful scraps and trimmings. You’ll create shimmery wings on the sewing machine, then build and finish your dragonfly with simple hand-sewing techniques.
No sewing machine experience? No problem. You’ll be shown everything you need on the day, with plenty of support. Age 14/15 upwards, under 18 with adult support please due to machine sewing, must both buy full price tickets.
