Shipping policy

UK Prices start from £4.00 with FREE UK delivery over £50.00.

We ship globally. Currently Cleverhands.shop only ships to Uk destinations. For all non UK orders, please visit our Etsy shop at www.etsy.com/uk/shop/CreativeCleverHands.

The Etsy selling platform has a service built into each sale -  IOSS (IMPORT ONE STOP SHOP) this will calculate exactly the import and duty charges payable for your order at point of making a purchase and remitt directly to your country authorities, enabling your order to pass through the customs border without delay. 

All orders we aim to process for dispatch within 1 to 2 days (excluding weekends & national holidays)

Please note in times of exceptional high volume this lead time may extend. We will keep customers fully notified of delays. 

Shipping lead times are additional following dispatch from Clever Hands studio. Delays to shipper services are not within the control of Clever Hands. 

You will receive a notification by email when your order has shipped. 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-store pickup

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will contact you when your order is ready along with instructions.

Next Day service

Orders placed before 12 midday Uk time can be added to our UK Royal mail next day service, that option should be selected at checkout. Note this service is available for delivery on all days except Sunday and public holidays. Orders placed after 12 midday on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday for delivery on Tuesday (unless bank holiday )

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@cleverhands.shop  with your name and order number.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Currently as standard we do not ship to PO boxes please get in touch for us to consider as an exception.
