Workshop Crochet Christmas Gnomes

Learn to crochet and complete a gnome or series of gnomes! Thsi class is aimed at both total beginners and those with some experience wanting to join a social setting and pcik up some new skills. Rebecca will show teh grouo how to begin from scratch and complete a Christmas tree hanging decoration gnome. For more advanced learners, you can build a series of gnomes in lots of different colours or you can embark on a larger gnome or gonk to sit on a fireplace. 

With Rebecca's daughter Freya (who could crochet anything on earth..) on hand to help out with guidance, you will have a notes handout to help you, along with lots of 1:! tuition. 

Crochet is a skill that involves using a hooked needle to create fabric or cloth by locking together loops of yarn or thread. The word "crochet" comes from the French word for "small hook" and can be mindful & relaxing in it's repetitive nature. Getting started is often difficult but here, Rebecca will chat about the materials, the equipment and show the most basic of crochet stitches to begin. Anyone with little or no creative experience can attend this class recommend age 8 upwards (supervised)
