Workshop watercolour painting

Ever wanted to try out watercolour painting? Come along to our class taking place on 2 dates. Attend either class to learn a different set of techniques or sign up to both and complete a small homework task set between part 1 and 2 - gaining extra insight from our tutor Melanie. 

Part 1__Saturday 1st Feb __10:30 - 12:30pm

Part 2__ Saturday 8th Feb __ 10:30 - 12:30pm

Click into the 2nd image here to see a short video taken from the class. A preferred medium of many artists, the soft colours and luminous translucent effects cannot be achieved with other mediums such as oil paints. 

Suitable for beginners (age 14 or over) or those with some previous experience, , this is a relaxing class with local Artist Melanie in which she will show examples of her own work, offer tips for best approach, which materials to go for and plenty demonstrations. All materials and equipment are provided. Feel free if you already have some kit, to bring it along. You will produce at least 1 small painting at each class.

In the case of illness or other unforeseen circumstances we can offer a change of class OR you can transfer your ticket to somebody else allowing us to try to fill your space, please consider late changes mean a loss for Clever Hands and affects our business.
