Tin 1 ink colour

Colour will bring your artwork alive! Have fun experimenting with different colour combinations and perhaps you'll find some happy colour accidents. UK made brand Essdee, these are a professional quality water based block print ink. I have used these in my own lino print artwork and my teaching classes for the past 10 years.

Intermixable block printing ink which has excellent tack and transfer properties. Perfect for stamping, lino, potato, block and stick printing techniques. Great for young children getting to grips with printing and also professionals and students. These smaller pots allow you to try out lots of different colour without investing too heavily in print ink supplies. Choose from over 20 shades.

30ml per metal tin with screw lid. I feel very passionate that students and beginners should be able to try out lots of colours and techniques. Therefore, Ink is taken from a larger tube, measured before being placed in its own small screw top tin for transport. Easy to use with a lolly stick, teaspoon, artist palette knife etc. Treat similar to emulsion wall paint, always wipe rim and replace lid after use.

These have great performance and a smooth even coverage. - I wash off in warm soapy water - throw these inks all over yourself! - I go a long way! Less is often better with printing inks - start with a small amount and add more when you need to. Colours available as below. Please see my other ink listing for different pack sizes.
