Christmas theme linocut & print kit

Learn a new creative skill & have fun printing your own Christmas card design!

A kit suitable for both beginners or those who tried this relaxing activity in the past and would like to revisit. Schools recommend age 11 upwards due to sharp tools, all age groups can enjoy this accessible art. This Christmas theme kit is available to buy as a standard version with a box label or for gifting you can select GIFT WRAP to have this fully wrapped with a handwritten gift message (add your gift text into the order instructions box at checkout).

Includes 4 ink colours: Mocha brown, Red robin, Ivy green, Good as gold. NOTE due to no gold we have swapped out with silver. 

Warning - this is addictive!
You will be mindfully lost in the cutting process and uplifted working with the sumptuous printing inks. Set aside an hour to cut the lino & another hour for printing, enough time to complete a small print project, see our video tutorials to help you get started. 

KIT includes 10 items:
1) inking tray (plastic A4 size approx)
2) roller (brayer) 6cm rubber specifically for lino print & can use with other crafts
3) lino sheet in blue EASYCUT & reversible 10x15cm, that's about A6
4) lino cut tool with 5 blades, watch our short video turorials to see how each cutting blade produces a different mark. Keep your tool set safe in the black storage box provided
5) 4 x 20ml UK made printing inks in metal screw lid tins, plenty to complete 10 card prints and more
6) artist palette knife (spatula) plastic white
7) pack of 10 card blanks 6x6inch with envelopes
8) design template sheets A4 size with total 9 design ideas to copy or inspire you
9) tracing paper to transfer a design from paper to lino using pencil, also a mark making template to show you different marks to make with the different shape blades
10) full written instructions for those who don't want to watch my video with handy tips and hints.

Upgrade your kit by adding extra lino or cards, include them into your order and we'll pack them together into your kit box. 

Find at home:
Access to a sink or bowl of warm water, rags, scrap paper, scissors, pencil...everything else we provide. Inks are water based so please feel free to thrown them all over yourself (also easy clean up...) intended for use with paper, not fabric.
