Wooden carved blocks for textile printing

Hand carved wooden printing blocks in sets of 4. Choose your set of 4 stamps which we have grouped together to show how they work together in a design. Use with block printing ink on textiles and fabric to create a unique design.

Each block has a printing area of around 4-5cm by 4-5 cm depending the design. The height, otherwise depth of the stamp is 3cm making these much easier than regular lino printing sheets to print with onto fabric due to having a chunky area to grip onto. Use with specialist block fabric inks which have the recipe to ensure the coloured ink stays put on your textile base! Use with other paints and inks for variable results. 

After use, wash ink away lightly with a damp sponge, avoid drenching and air dry. These are carved from durable wood, however you should avoid excessive soaking in water to keep these wooden carved edges as sharp as possible to last lots of printing projects.

Use these on paper bases with not so reliable results, intended for fabric.
